U.S. Returns

- Returns and exchanges are free for all customers within the United States.

- Returns for items bought during sales are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when the items are received.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags to qualify for return or exchange.

- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Returns purchase through a gift card will be refunded through a gift card only.

* Please note: Due to heavy discounts sale items on clearance or with a greater than 25% discount may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. *

 

Return for a refund

To initiate a return please email info@soulfireapparelco.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving the item. Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed by your bank.

 

Return for an exchange

To initiate an exchange please email info@soulfireapparelco.com with your order number, item or items you wish to exchange, and new item size you prefer. Your new item will be shipped as soon as the return is received. When your item ships you will be issued a new tracking number via email.

 

International returns

We accept returns from all international customers. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

 

International exchanges

We do not currently accept exchanges outside of the U.S.
