When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed and your items will ship as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the items are sent. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days.

What if my package is delayed?

It is rare that we experience a delay in transit and we are very sorry if this happens with your order. If you see that your package has not moved in 4 or more days please contact us at info@soulfireapparelco.com with your order number. We will file a claim with the shipping provider and if your package is not located in a timely manner we will reship the order. 

What do I do if my order says delivered but I did not receive my package?

Please reach out to info@soulfireapparelco.com with your order number, full name, and shipping address. We will file a claim to locate your package.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, & P.O. boxes?

Yes we ship to all U.S. states, territories, and P.O. boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.K., Canada, & Norway. We no longer ship to western Europe due to issues with UPS. We are currently working on aquiring a distributor for our European customers.
